Of course! But I think the loss in the SEC Championship game mentally gutted them. Just my humble opinion...

Their hubris gutted them. They thought they were better than they were and thought they were playing UMass again instead of a team with about as much starting talent as them (but not the depth).

As a Georgia fan, you would know more than I. But why and how did the team have that disposition?

Congratulations to Clemson!

They had a great game plan. The defense did a great job confusing Tua and keeping the offense off. The offense capitalized on every opportunity and absolutely dominated the line of scrimmage.

The better team won tonight.

As for most Alabama fans, its still kind of cool to see Dabo win.

Not everyone will get this, but this game just goes to show...

What needs to be acknowledged is that Alabama has been shut out in the second half.

I thought Clemson would win in a shootout. I predicted 41-38 in the P5 thread. But when you have offenses as potent as this, you can get blowouts between close teams. One gets ahead and the other presses too hard or gives up.

I have no real love for Clemson/ACC

But, damn did my iced over heart warm up just a little with that ASS WHUPPIN Clemson put on Bama. I get so SICK of hearing Alabama and SEC on every channel every second of every day....

Also Syracuse should leapfrog those three loss SEC teams like Kentucky, LSU and Florida, also other three/four loss teams like Michigan, Texas, Washington and Penn State.
