Congratulations to Coach Carey for bettering his situation for himself and his family. I hope he has a great run at Temple. While I've always appreciated what he did for the program, there's no doubt the offense needs a major boost. Excited to find out what lies ahead for NIU football.

Congrats to Coach Carey, and thanks to him for his efforts at NIU. I think the fresh air in our program will be welcomed though, excited for the new coach.

For the purpose of accuracy, Temple wasn’t Carey’s first interview at another school.

Rhule finished at ~$2.5M
Addazio made $1.2M
Collins made $2M
Diaz I believe was set to make $2M
