lol. to be fair anything is an upgrade over Coach D. from what ive read, seen, and heard they both seem like good hires defensively. But other then getting one of the largest pool of money for staff he seems to have just gave himself and his buddies pay raises.

i like the defensive hires though. this is going to have to be a wait and see type of thing. he could be a genius or he could be douche. who knows.

Meh. He's okay. Defense downright cost us some games early in the year, and downright was the only thing that kept us in games late in the year. We were the epitome of mediocrity. With a head coach that has an uphill battle to save his job next season, the assistants are all bailing like rats on a sinking ship.

DL Coach is the better hire. Hope you are paying him well, because he'll get P5 offers down the road.

U. Guys need some girth on the Dline 245 don't cut it.
