You can, just not via TapaTalk. It's three DAYS for Tapatalk to respond to a support ticket, even if you're a paying customer like me. Sooooo lots of time spent waiting on TapaTalk. We've done everything on our end .... as far as I can tell it's an issue in TapaTalk.

I look forward to not being dependent upon third parties anymore when Aurora is done.
