Scheduled downtime for maintenance on Saturday
Copypasta from the announcement:

There's been a drive failure on the server. We're running in degraded mode for now but if we lose another drive that's a wrap. So I need to get in there and take the site down long enough to swap out the failed drive, migrate data over, then swap out the other old drive, and restore the RAID array. The site can be up for some of this work, but there will be outages from time to time as reboots happen. Also, I would expect the site to operate a bit slowly being under such heavy load from the disks being brought back into sync.

They are hot swaps. But while I'm there anyway I intend to update the kernel and bootloaders, since that's beyond my risk tolerance to do remotely. Also I will probably shut down the database while it copies over the data to the first new drive since it is one of the database SSDs that bit the dust and running a production high volume DB on a degraded RAID trying to resync is just asking for trouble.

Thanks for everything you do. I can handle a government shutdown but not a csnbbs.com shutdown!
