We spent $495,000 on our new coaches for this year and our assistants pool went up to $1,188,661, an increase of $59,610.

IF ODU and our Fan base wants football to be successful we will have to pony up and make this happen. We are reaching a put up or shut up moment.

You don’t build a $67.5M stadium and continue to try to get by on the cheap with your coaching staff. That would not sit well at all with big-time donors, ODAF members, or fans of ODU Football in general.

For once I actually agree with you.

If people want these level coaches to stay (assuming they do well), people are going to have reach into their pockets to help pay those salaries
