Regarding the injury, I hope he wasn’t helping a friend who was locked out of his house... that never happens

He was playing 22 minutes per game, that's 4th highest. Green had been playing 29, I bet that now gets into BJ/Caver territory at 32-35 minutes. Wade was getting 17 minutes, I'm actually surprised looking it up just now at how high it is. I am guessing he will be in the low 20s now. And of course more Kithcart who was only hovering at 13.5 min during his 7 games out of 13.

I was doing some quick maths and it doesn't feel good at all.

Caver: 36.4 --> 38.4 = 2 min
BJ: 32.2 --> 36.2 = 4 min
Green: 29.0 --> 36 = 7 min
Wade: 16.9 --> 20.9 = 4 min
Kithcart: 13.6 --> 18.6 = 5 min

Total = 22

I swear, it seems every year something happens that sets us back. Injuries, suspensions, etc. Here we go again. I know and agree, next man up. As stated earlier, why can't we have nice things? Geeeeez.

That is bad news. He is the best three point threat on the team. He is also a solid rebounder and good defender.

This is horrible news. I really like the way he's been playing and I love his shot. Sounds like he is taking the non-surgery option. Cant blame anyone for wanting to avoid surgery. I wish him well with his recovery.

Too bad. Puts a lot of pressure on Green to step up, particularly when BJ and/or Caver are off.

Yeah. The issue with Wade (and it's really not an issue) is he has only been averaging 3 points during his 17 minutes of play. That's a lot to ask to replace Godwin's 7 points per game. Maybe Giles can break it down further, but while 7 points per game might not sound all that much, with our style of offense it is quite a lot to make up. We are really going to need Green to turn into a monster right now.

Doesn't help that BJ is still not 100%.
