CAA Mentions by the NCAA
https://www.ncaa.com/news/basketball-men...ted-midway says:

"Hofstra and Charleston have won nine in a row. But Northeastern may have the most talent. The winner of this league will have a chance to win a first-round game."

https://www.ncaa.com/news/basketball-men...6-michigan says:

"Keep an eye on

Charleston: The Cougars have won nine in a row and are 12-2 overall. The two losses were at Oklahoma State and to LSU. But the Cougars beat Memphis, Rhode Island and won at VCU."

I think Charleston is again the favorite in large part to having the tourney in Charleston. But, Hofstra and Northeastern talent wise are right there with them. Still cannot see how Northeastern lost to Delaware at home. Anyone but Charleston, Hofstra and Northeastern as the top 3 in some order would be a surprise. If the Tribe somehow gets through the next two weeks 3-1 or better, then they might join the race with the other 3.
