I don't want a humanistic vision of education in the U.S. I don't want social justice being a focal point.

I'd rather education actually teach "the three R's".

Agree totally and absolutely. An education system that teaches what students need to succeed is the most humane, just, inclusive, protective, diverse, responsible, and accountable.
