The whole ladder argument is so cringe worthy.
Oh, don't fault him too bad Kronke. He's just spouting off one of the Democrats irrational talking points when he brings up a very tall (35') ladder. It is similar to how some want to say ...... but, but, but ... the Cartels will just build tunnels to go under the walls. OK then, with that kind of 'logic', lets just sit back with our thumb stuck you know where and do what has been done for decades to see if that changes things. By the way ... 5 Billion is chump change to the Democrats the way they like to dole out money to different groups.
Putting a huge dent in the illegals coming into the country alone would pay for the wall in no time flat, not to mention the drug trafficking.

Unless it's against their rules they won't touch that on the senate floor. They should though...and not only that put all those videos from Clinton to Oblunder saying we need immigration "enforcement" and barriers.
This whole fiasco would make a great horror film. Quick, hide your kids and grandkids from the people on the other side of the wall. Tramp comes in and saves the day, but at the end, a Mexican digs his way from underground. All you can see is his hand reaching up from the dirt. The end. Lol

The bots have this same nightmare every night. They wake up in cold sweats screaming, the wall will save me.

You must be a 'bot' then. Otherwise, how would you know what they have nightmares about every night? Thanks for sharing your bot wisdom with the rest of us.

I wonder what percent of people have been up a 25 foot ladder much less a 35 ft. It aint no walk in the park
You certainly got that right. I would have to be escaping a burning building to crawl out on a ladder 3-1/2 stories above the ground (35 feet). Besides, how do you get down after you have crawled up the 25-35 foot ladder to scale the fence without having a ladder on the other side to climb back down? Not as easy doing it as it is just talking about it like it is nothing.

Well, then, you wouldn't be very good on a 35-foot ladder.
And I have two questions:
1) So you safely navigate the 35-foot ladder. Now you're on top of the wall. What next?
2) How long before law enforcement figures out where the ladder is, and what then?

There are any number of reasons why a continuous wall along the entire border is a bad idea. I still think Trump should use the wall as a trading chip to get other things--including a rational, merit-based legal immigration system like the rest of the developed world has--or at least had, until recent developments in parts of Europe, which are not turning out well.
