The Atlantic Sun uses the same tiebreakers as the CAA of head-to-head and then records against teams from the top down. However, there is a difference, albeit it is unlikely to happen. Let's say Teams X, Y, and Z tied for a spot third or worse:

Team X: 0-2 vs. Y, 2-0 vs. Z, 1-1 vs. 1st
Team Y: 2-0 vs. X, 0-2 vs. Z, 0-2 vs. 1st, 1-1 vs. 2nd
Team Z: 0-2 vs. X, 2-0 vs. Y, 0-2 vs. 1st, 0-2 vs. 2nd

The CAA would rank X first by record against 1st and Y ahead of Z by record against 2nd. The Atlantic Sun would rank X first, go back to the beginning, and rank Z ahead of Y by head-to-head. Which method do you prefer?

I personally like starting the tiebreaker all over after it is broken. So once a team has figured into say the top of the tie, then I think you start the tiebreaker scenarios over between the remaining teams. In other words, I agree with how the ASun does it.
