Would that be considered defensive goaltending?

I get confused because offensively a dunk should also be considered offensive interference by touching the ball above the rim, but dunks are legal now.

And who got the points? An opposing player never touched it. 03-lmfao

A couple years ago a Florida player purposely tipped in an FSU shot for the game winning bucket as time expired because he got confused as to which end he was on.

Soccer gives own goals. Basketball and hockey award points and goals to the nearest player. IMO they should use own points and own goals also. Basketball has team rebounds and team turnovers, so why can't they have team points from their opponent scoring for them (and most teams could go ten years without benefiting from that).

how funny would it be if it had happened during garbage time and the closest player was one never scored in his entire career.

I liked the way #5 who inbounded the ball was grabbing his head even before his teammate dropped it in the basket. That makes me think this guy was known by his teammates to be not so quick upstairs. His reaction was like "oh no, he's about to something stupid again"
