Wow. Score was a severe beat down. It was severe even if Houston may have approached this as a don't want to be here game.

Saw where Houston fired their DC at the conclusion of the regular season. After yesterday their OC left for the same position at FSU to replace former Fedora assistant Walt Bell who took the head job at UMass. Then last night reports started surfacing that Houston head coach Applewhite’s job could be in danger after going 7-5 and 8-5 the last 2 seasons.

****BREAKING****Major Applewhite has been demoted to Lieutenant Applewhite.....another 8-5 year and he will be Corporal Applewhite.

Doesn't look like AAC has really helped anyone....just like C-USA, if ya happen to have ONE breakout year, the fame is fleeting, and you're soon back to 7-5, 6-6 or worse.

Just look how many and how often teams in the AAC are ranked compared to CUSA and you’ll realize it did help them.

The AAC helped those schools stay at least on par with where they were while in CUSA. NOT moving to the AAC virtually destroyed USM, Marshall and UAB. Well, that and the EJ hire. Like it or not, the AAC teams and conference are more respected nationally than CUSA. CUSA teams are a complete joke and laughing stock. Pathetic.

Hmmm...But, we ARE 9-5 versus Yooston, including 49-28 last we played (remember?03-lmfao)...and we ARE 122-62 against teams currently in AAC, including 23-7 v Toolame, 27-12 v EZU and 40-22 v Mamphus.

And parlayed that into a spot in coveted SUNWACUSA.
