Kent State @ Oregon State
Gill Coliseum in Corvallis Oregon is the site of today's matine between the Golden Flashes and the Oregon State Beavers. Tip off is at 3PM EST, 12 noon on the West Coast.

Can the Flashes bounce back after getting a bit throttled by the Louisville Cardinals?

Go Flashes!

Watching on PAC 12 network. Fell behind 21-7 but have come back to 24-19 with 9 to go in first half.

J Walker is going crazy, if they keep making 3's they will win.

Nice W. First time beating 2 P5 teams in regular season since the mid 70s.

Wished I could have watched this game. It was exciting enough to just listen to it. Our team has many moving parts.

This team is tough as nails in clutch time. Mature, focused, and able to make big plays. J. Walker is just dazzling. Play of the game: his offensive rebound with :12 left and a one point lead.

Always a pleasure welcoming Ty Linder into my living room when the game is not on TV. axeme, you said it. A lesser team wouldn’t have bounced back with such “authoritay” after those first 7 minutes. Question for anyone who has been able to watch these guys...any zone defense?

Mostly a pressing, switching man. They gave OSU a lot of problems today with the double teams on the perimeter.

I was able to watch today on DISH. Good quality broadcast.

Walker is playing at a ridiculously high level right now. This might be the best stretch I remember a Kent player having. It a shame this team has to play in the same season with this crazy Buffalo team, but in excited to see that matchup.

First game I've listened to in a while. Props to Linder. I generally don't like listening to basketball games because you're at the will of the announcer and sometimes you can hear the crowd reaction before the call. Linder calls a good game though, keeps up with the action well. I'm sure not having a color man makes it a tougher job too.

Didn't know where to post this so I figured this would work... Looks like Devon Andrews ended up at FIU and is doing basically what we all expected. He's their second leading scorer at 15.4 ppg, shooting over 60% and 48% from three. Real shame we never got to see him on the court here.

Kent State is 20th in this week’s CollegeInsiders Ms-Major top 25. Buffalo is second, Toledo sixth.

RE: Kent State @ Oregon State
In both football and basketball some teams are clearly mid-major and some teams are not. Others can be debated I think Gonzaga is "major" now, along with others such as Butler and Xavier, once mid-major.
