Hi, Huskie Fans
Proud UAB alumnus and Blazer fan here. I know, probably not someone you wanted to hear from.

Anywho, what I wanted to tell you is that, to a person, every single NIU fan I encountered in Boca Raton was gracious and friendly. You never know what you're going to get when you interact with other schools' fans, but you guys were great.

That, and I've always had a bit of a soft spot for NIU ever since you slapped around UAB's rural sister campus in Tuscaloosa.

I wouldn't mind seeing you guys again.

Don't get up. I'll show myself out.

Thanks. I wasn't able to make the trip myself. Good luck to you guys next year. And if we play you again, hopefully we will make a game of it. Also, you guys probably knew a lot more about NIU than your average meathead P5 fan so that helps.

Haha! I almost said how I appreciated not being condescended to like "your average meathead P5 fan". 04-cheers

We fight a lot the same battles.
