Totally agree with the above 2. I usually will look at opposing teams message boards once or twice, decide that it’s intolerable, then block it out.
I’ve enjoyed browsing the NIU board the past couple weeks

Everybody we met from NIU (and for that matter, everybody else) were pleasant and friendly; really great folks. FAU took good care of both sides too; they put on a first class event down there in Boca.

One minor negative for NIU is that their football record in regard to UA System teams is now 1-1.

Point to note: Most everyone on here enjoyed that NIU victory over that team.

NIU fans have been some of the nicest I have ever encountered.

Props to all of the NIU fans I spoke with before & after the game. Every one was unbelievably nice. Best of luck next year & hope our paths cross again in football.
