Tonight he went 18/18. 4 TDS.

Maybe.

We’ve given up over 40 points six times this season (could’ve been seven if Miami made that game ending FG). We have one of the worst defenses I’ve seen since following WMU football from the mid 90s.

That said, completing all 18 passes would be difficult to do during a practice with no defense on the field. Yet it happened against the Broncos.

Everyone was talking sh,it about him when niu played them. I said I'd take him over childers and the homers didnt like that.

I was the only one talking crap about Wilson. He didn’t look good against us and I thought for sure his noodle arm was going to lead to a pick and it did. He obviously had a great game yesterday but I’m still skeptical about how good he is and is going to be...

I just liked his confidence, field presence and athleticism.
No “deer in headlights “ look from this true freshman.
