This year's Bowl Swag ...
Even if not many fans are in the stands, the Fiesta Bowl players will be liking their Playstation 4 gift package. SBJ has an article detailing many bowl gift packages:

The Arizona Bowl always surprises me since they are one of the newer bowls with how they give some really good swag.

Arizona Bowl supposedly as gotten buy-in locally for their vision which is to move significantly up the selection order.

Sun Belt is there because they needed a body (worked well when NMSU was in and was able to go there).

They were offered an ESPN contract when Poinsettia shut down and they declined it because they are adamant that they want to be a post-Christmas game and see the post-Christmas bowls as their targeted peer group.

Rumor is they want MWC #1 when Las Vegas cuts ties and see the post-Christmas slot as essential to attracting the caliber of opponent needed to make that a good game.

Is it remotely possible that a kid in college doesn't already have a Playstation 4? 03-old

I agree with your sentiment, but the players seem to get very excited by it so it would appear so.

I'm sure many lack a PS4 but those that have one now have a PS4 to give to a younger sibling or a friend or one they can sell for a little cash.

Maybe both teams are a majority of Xbox players or Nintendo Switch players?

I'm sure they do, but a new Playstation still in the box could fetch a few hundred bucks.
