Expect all WAC events to move to ESPN+ in the future. Not surprised, Hurd believes ESPN is the be all end all for collegiate TV. Now we know why the WAC DN is tanking.

Not a good move for all you guys, ESPN + is not getting a lot of subscribers, personally I hope it tanks.

This is a very good move. ESPN + is great if you love college sports and soccer. Once my DirecTV contract is up, I’m going with ESPN + only.

This is a good thing for the WAC...but I assume production is still dependent on the schools themselves.

Hope it works for you. Some friends of mine switched to it, only been a headache. Two have cancelled their subscriptions.
Recently UNM MBB was on ESPN Plus for an away game. UNM fans signed up for it and it did not work.

Yes it is. ESPN gets the money and WAC gets "exposure".

Not sure how that's different than Pluto or anywhere else.

It isn't. ESPN can afford to pay for TV rights to a conference. Those with TV deals with ESPN don't have to foot the costs of production, they also make some money.
The WAC should do a deal with Stadium to put's it DN on there.

I’ve had it since it’s inception and have been able to watch everything I’ve wanted to on there. YMMV when internet is in play.
