Detroit media. Even though both are in-state public universities, UM is clearly "we" and WMU is "them."

I like playing UM and MSU. We have an optimistic chance of winning if we have a good team, and much more to gain than to lose. If we are going to play big money games, then the objective is better served if we have very little in terms of travel expenses, and if it is in a stadium where most Bronco fans can drive to and from the game the same day.

The G5 schools which compete at the highest level play and beat regional and othe P5 schools, even when those schools are ranked. It is what gets them on the map, increases their brand name, fires up the alumni, puts bodies in seats at home games, leading to better recruits, rinse and repeat.

We need to beat Michigan, and beat MSU. We can't be in awe of them and practice, game plan and play "not to lose". Boise gained fame by being a team who's opponent never knew what to expect. UCF is wild and crazy on offense and defense. Very fun to watch. Lester plays it too cautious too often. If it works, fine, but if it hasn't been working, how about we get a little out of the box and our comfort zone?

Keep scheduling these games, but schedule them because you expect to win. And then do everything you can after the game is scheduled in order to win.
