I wish I had participated every week.

Thanks for playing Bearcat. While 44-17 is certainly better than 44-26 percentagewise, I intentionally ordered the results so that they reward not missing picks or skipping weeks (so for example, a player going 3-1 this week would place higher than a player going 3-0, because they picked every game). I have since seen that pickems on some other boards do the same.
It takes a little bit of time every week to record the picks and get the thread ready for the next week with the new schedule and the last week's results. I usually wait until Sunday to post the next thread, when all of the game times and networks have been set. I wrote a spreadsheet to help record the picks and tabulate results. So far we've had 95 players. Some have picked every week and some just once or twice. So, whether someone has made picks every week or wants to start this week, I appreciate everyone who plays. Thank you to everyone who has taken time to participate.
Thanks for all your work on this. It's my bad for not playing every week. Looking forward to next year.

Voting straight ticket. USF is the one I feel the least sure about. Only beat ECU by 7 at home. But, who has Marshall beaten?
Well, we didn't get beat 58-3 by NCST? Did beat Butch Davis and an 8-4 team at FIU, beat Lane Kiffin pretty soundly as well. Other than Miami OH, thats about it this season. One thing that was constant, if the opponent relies on the run, they will lose against us, but if they have a pretty good passing game, they can beat us. All 4 losses were to teams who had a good passing game, no matter how many times we got sacks or hits on the QB. The only decent throwing squads we handled was Miami, ODU and FIU. Good QB's can beat our defense. Our offense kills itself but finally found a running game late in the season for some kind of production. So if USF tries to ram it down our throats, they likely lose, if they can sling the ball over the middle well, its a toss up.

How can you feel positive that houston will win when we are basically throwing the game? We aren’t even starting some of our starters and we are starting a brand new qb who hasn’t taken a snap all season.

Good points. Okay, I'm changing my pick. Seriously.
Thanks for the pointers. Looks like they're paying off.

I tried to warn everyone that if you picked houston you were a moron. I can’t believe anyone seriously thought we had a chance to win this game lmao!
