Youngstown lost to in OT to Central Tuesday

Broncos lead 49-38 at half

Broncos came out flat to start the second half and YSU actually caught them and I believe took a 1 point lead. Then our guys woke up and went on a 17 - 1 run and cruised from there.

I'm under no illusions that our team is a contender in the west, for what it is at this point they can be entertaining to watch.

Flowers had a career game today. Clifford even had a career game.

Michigan might beat us by 30+, though.

Josh Davis had another double double with 17 & 10.
I believe that is his fourth D-D this year

As the guys on the broadcast pointed out, it was a game of runs and YSU used most of their gas catching up. Once they did and the Broncos floored it, they were running on fumes. 17 - 1 run and the game was essentially over.

If you look at the stats, in most categories, YSU has the better stats. Yet the boys got hot when they needed it and came out with the win.

Dan nailed it about Davis. Has all the tools, confidence is the difference.

Adrian Martin is incredibly quick.

From the boxscore link above WMU had better FG%, 3pt%, Rebounds & assists.

MAC is 8-1 thus far today, and BG has a double digit lead vs Green Bay at the half.

Nice win for WMU. Second road win vs Horizon team. Not an easy task

Impressive road wins for WMU and CMU at Youngstown State.

Makes the MAC look strong, no?

YSU is 1-8 against D1 with quite a few blowout losses so I'm not sure how impressive it really is.

I'm still proud to be a Bronco and NOT a Wolverine OR Spartan. Anytime UM or MSU loses - to anybody, in anything- it is a good day.
