I wonder if we beat Louisville.

I'm not trying to be a Susie Downer but why are you giving Trump the reason for this? Did he have a hand in how it was done, that is, the reduction in murder rates? If you say it was under Trumps watch then I can see that and only that.

Well, when more people have jobs, paying them more money, I would assume people are happier and have less time to hang out on the street corner at 2 am.
