A country has a list of terrorist organizations. Said country has a citizen who hasn't been charged nor convicted of being a member of said terrorist organization but kills them anyway. Is this cool or no?

I still maintain that if the person isn't a citizen of this country, isn't killed in this country, and not killed by us it's none of our business.

I still maintain that if the person isn't a citizen of this country, isn't killed in this country, and not killed by us it's none of our business.

This. We may not particularly like all the things a country does - but in the end, it's their country and it wasn't done against any other country or any other country's citizens.......
