Who knows if Mathis will be ready. Hiller, Hart, and TD3 are the only QBs who will know the playbook. Even if Mathis is 100% ready by August, we will be one hit or wrong move away from relying on 3-4 guys who have no college game experience.

I have a hunch we'll see a few transfers over the next few months. Maybe even several.

I know that he dinged up his shoulder during the Elon game but I do not think that he missed any snaps. But then he did not play against JMU.

Great size for a CB. Would be a good get. Probably just caught up in their coaching change.

Yes I saw his tape while looking for his brothers film. Kid looks legit.

Haynes was followed by and followed back his DC at BC, Jim Reid, who joined the UMass staff last week.

With our thinness at QB depth, makes you wonder if Haynes is possibly being offered the chance to return to QB? Taylor would have been very aware of him during his San Diego days. Certainly offers a utility option.
