RE: Ubosi
Looked like he underwent concussion protocol after wobbling to the sideline. I expect he’ll be just fine for the bowl game.

I asked Tim Alexander about Ubosi at the game tonight. He said that he had a slight concussion but that he was fine and would be playing in the bowl.

RE: Ubosi
X tried to run over that guy, and did, but knocked himself out in the process. I cringe when a ball carrier or tackler lowers their head like that. My first cousin broke his neck making a tackle that way in a freshman game in the late 70's. Fortunately, after many surgeries, he was able to regain some use of his legs and is still living a very full life today.
Need those next generation helmets as soon as possible. Also need to improve how the game is taught at the youth level but that is a big challenge with mainly parent coaches.

you could have also said "manly parent coaches" and it still make sense. Too many still teaching the old way of trying to put your head across their body, exposing your neck. Rugby style tackling is much safer, and effective.

RE: Ubosi
Dumb move by Ubosi was the direct cause of his loss for the game. I hope that some of that stuff is worked out of our guys as Bill moves forward with his teams.

A routine play turned scary as soon as Ubosi lowered his head. Dang!
I’m against tackle football until the high school level.
