OT - college playoff
Agree or disagree, the guy is funny as hell.

One thing they could start doing is actually make Championship weekend the unofficial first round of the playoffs. If you lose on championship weekend you are out. But the SEC and ESPN would never let that happen. Because if Georgia would have won last weekend Bama would have been out. But that should have been the first round of the playoffs. Makes no sense to lose your conference championship game and then get put into the playoff to play for the National championship with the chance of playing the team that just beat you.

Like he said.... at every other level, starting with little league football. Hell, I remember my boys at 11 years old playing in league football here in TN and winning the State championship. Then we traveled to Florida to play in the national championship tournament - which they won btw. It can be done - powers that be don't want it. 04-cheers

Because it is too inclusive to have an extended playoff. They just want to hand pick the teams that will get the highest TV ratings.
