Dunking goal / jump program
So, I had a goal to dunk on my 40th birthday, did not make it.

I am trying to see what strength / jump programs some of you have used to increase your jumping for hoops.

I figured with all the hoops fans, someone here might have an idea.

Any advice?

Have you dunked before?

If that answer is yes the next step is to push away from the table and drop weight...If the above answer is no...GIVE UP
