Shame that all who showed up, but I get it’s the 3rd straight home game, with the bowl game in two weeks, but still disappointing, hopefully their saving their money for the trip to NO.

Surprised at poor attendance especially after seeing a full stadium for the Troy game.

How'd it look on TV?

Wow 15000??? Got to go back a lot of years to see one that low! Honestly it looked and sounded great . Espn and the sunbelt did a fantastic job on producing this entire game.

Upper level east side was almost completely empty but lower section and student section looked good.

In the postgame Cajun players commented on the noise.
If people think KBS is a loud place 1/2 full, just wait until the North Endzone building is completed.

Cajuns good game today, I have a feeling any players that are sophomores or younger on that team will leave with an SBC title.

We need a QB in the mold of what you guys had with Lamb, or Justice Hansen, Kolton Browning type. We desperately need some defensive depth. We are addressing the defense this class and we have a 4 star CB commit for the 2020 class as well.

I thought the stadium showed and sounded great on tv. I didn’t notice empty seats until late in the game when I was actually looking for it.

I did start thinking that a neutral field would have certainly benefitted the Cajuns but I’d hate to showcase our conference with an empty stadium.

Thank you to both teams for representing our conference with a clean game and an entertaining/competitive game.

We should never ever move the championship game to a neutral field.

Great I get - 3 rep points from a GS cheerleader. NCEagle. Really? He should give up his man card.

And for once, let's tip our hats to the ref crew. The called a good game and let the guys play and didn't insert themselves into the outcome. That's been all too rare.

I didn’t exactly see what was wrong with your comment. Maybe I just don’t know the context well enough?

In any case, I tried to see if I could give you rep points as I don’t see why you would get a negative one.
Couldn’t figure out how, lol. PM me how and I’ll send some ups your way

I was a little disappointed in the size of the crowd yesterday too but I must say that it was a rowdy and loud group and the students represented well. I didn't think the weather was all THAT bad but the drive back to ATL with the steady mist/rain and fog sucked.

I give a lot of credit to UL as they played a really good game especially on defense. App's red zone defense was all that made the difference....and a field goal kicker that had a great game. UL will not be a lot of fun to play for the next couple of years as I look forward to some real future battles.

To give any rep points (+/-2 points you have to make 500 posts. And let me tell you it is glorious to be near the land of milk and honey.

However at 1000 posts (the true land of milk and honey I have been told) I think the points go up to +/-3. I am 3 posts away from 1000 and I have not decided if I will bother with the common folks anymore or just go and hang out in the special folder for "us" folks in the 1000 posts club. It is more special than the 5-timers club on SNL. :-)

I’m thinking Napier just may be the next Satterfield in the Belt...

(Also, lol @ "two #2's on the field.")
I think we normally only play it once per game. Band didn't play nearly as much as they normally do either so maybe just filling time by repeating songs?

Neutralizing the stadium, game announcements, and band give the game a weird feel.
