Retired Usain Bolt ran a 4.22 40 meter dash at the Super Bowl's NFL Experience in sweats. Not bad for an old guy.

Looks like we went 1-8 in the 5K with Walsh winning and Lichter getting the Number 8 point. Currently fourth as a team with 25 point, which has to be the best first day in years.

Williams and Noe qualify first in the 60 and 800 respectively. We picked up points in the LJ and D Medley as well. Pretty good day!

UT women finished fourth with some great performances. Got wins in the 60, pentathathing and the 3,000. One of the best outings (innings?) in years.

Anyone who beats a Brianna Shook record by 10 seconds must be doing something right. If I read the record book right, this time is about 5 seconds off the MAC record.

Amazing. 11.9 is a nice 100 this early in the season as well.

You can clearly see the underlayment/subgrade gravel for the new throwing pit, high jump, and long jump areas in the southeast corner of Carter Field now...so that confirms what a few of us have been saying about where they'll be moving the field events now that soccer is moving into the track area as well.

Announced on twitter today that the Rockets have a new commit, sprinter Ava Moran from Versailles OH.

This must be some new kind of recruiting I am not familiar with, getting a signee <2 months before school starts, with no coach.
