Don't for a minute believe APP is the 13th best team in the land, but SP+ traditionally has a winning record vs. the spread, which is impressive.

1: App (Bowl against MTSU is a tossup, team is a mystery under semi-new coaching, hopefully we see the teams skill shine through here.)
2: Troy (Bowl against Buffalo will be tough, depends on if Troy plays all 4 quarters. I'll give them the edge though)
3: ULL (Bowl against Tulane should be easy enough if their QB shows up.)
4: GS (Finished the season strong. EMU hasnt looked amazing, but are on a 3 game winning streak. Edge Southern.)
5: stAte (Finished the season looking much stronger. Nevada just dropped a game to UNLV. stAte should take this easily.)
