I don't think he was trying to take a jab at App, more so an observation.

Being there, the crowd was loud, into the game, and made a difference. But I think we all can take our black & Gold glasses off and admit that the crowd #s could have been better.

Thanks. Just was a little surprised. I thought there would be 25k+ in attendance. App just set high attendance numbers and thought this would carry over to the final game. But some people just have to be dicks.

It was a hard fought battle and I was impressed with Louisiana. I was a bit disappointed with our attendance, but the fans there brought their "A" game. Good luck to all of our conference mates in their respective bowls.

Cajuns much respect. I was at the game and watched your team’s sideline. You guys have a great coaching staff. They keep the guys fired up all game. Then when the guy got the unsportsmanlike the coach didn’t let him sit down he put his arm around him and talked to him for a long time. No yelling but just two men having a conversation. I was impressed. Your team is legit and will win a SBC title before some of these guys graduate. Much respect to you and your program.

Throughout the spring and summer we saw lots of things, especially on social media, about #cULture and all of the things that Napier was doing off the field with the guys in order to build discipline, personal accountability, and togetherness. There really was a difference in the way this year's Cajuns carried themselves on the field than in years past. I am now very optimistic for the future, as Napier pieced together a winning program out of what Hud left behind, and it seems like recruiting is in a great spot this year and beyond with guys that will fit in with what Napier wants to do.
