Who here doesn't do that? In all actuality, only about 14k showed up because it was 36 degrees with a light drizzle. In other words, damn cold and damp. Fans in Houston are wimps. They have become too used to indoor football. If the weather had cooperated, all 20k would have been in attendance. I was there, and the weather was miserable. I don't believe any attendance figures. They're all inflated.

Show a link where Rice sold 20k in tickets and pictures of the crowd....the visitor side had maybe 2k including the Rice students.

Rice averages 2500 to 3000 for most conference games and list attendance in the 20k range to most. Rice is not selling 20k in season tickets...no way no how. Prove it?

If you're so interested in proof, look it up yourself. I don't jump through hoops, but especially not for a disgruntled WKU fan like yourself whose football team plays in a half- empty high school stadium that only seats 15k. I've come to expect you to have a problem with everything I post. Get a damn life. You're such a poor representative of WKU. I don't think you realize how badly you embarrass yourself and your alma mater here. So sad.

You are the one giving your opinion as a factual statement...back up what you say. I know you cant do that because of your answer....

you went straight to the insult and that means one thing. You are talking pure **** that you can't back up. Below is visiting side...now show me the other 18k or 12k that actually showed up

If "we all know" its tickets sold you shouldn't have a problem backing up what you said. As for the playing in front of a half empty stadium...you must not watch much Rice football.... 1/14th full or around 3k and that's normal unless its Houston or another Texas school bringing 80% of the fans
