What date actually starts the signing period & how many spots do we have open I wonder?

What does rb from New Orleans have to do with it?

Worth pointing out too that $1.5 million buys you a lot in this state. A $1.5 million salary here is better than a $2 million+ salary in many other states where cost of living is higher.

No doubt UAB seems to be making the message loud and clear that we want to be a front runner in the next round of realignment. And I don’t just mean trying to get into the AAC although we would certainly take that. I mean we are trying to be up there with a Memphis, Houston, etc who are Power 5 hopefuls.

You have to wonder how and if it helps the school as a whole to bump up in conference membership.

I did. Joe Espy asked a standard question on whether UAB admin, finance, and legal had reviewed and approved of the contract terms. John England and Ken Vandervoort congratulated Clark, Ingram, and Watts on a successful year and said they were proud of UAB's athletic accomplishments and the trajectory of the program.
