Should be a good season next year with only 2 seniors departing. With Shelby the only one playing significant time. The class coming in looks strong also.

Tough loss . Texas State made a lot of lucky shots which helped their cause such as balls hitting the net on the serve and bouncing over. I saw it happen three times. Rice just needs to recruit some taller players. They lack size to move up to a top 25 team but they play with a lot of heart.[/u]

I believe the 3 coming in are 6'2", 6'3", and 6'4".

Love to see Texas State upset Texas but probably not likely. There win over Rice was their first win ever in the NCAA tournament.

South Carolina beat Colorado, 3-2, in the 1st round. They won the first set, 34-32.
