which one do you think is Payday? UC-nati or Justinhub?

The 'nati.

It's pretty obvious. The grammar/spelling issues, the one-line potshots, the new join date (after he was banned), etc.

That is funny. There is another message board where I visit and there is a guy who has been banned over a hundred times. He just creates another sock and comes back, but he always gives himself up after a few posts.

Ban superflybcat for changing his signature. Absolutely unacceptable.

I saw the title of this thread and that it was multiple pages and I thought to myself, "wow, let me get in there and join all the interesting and intelligent conversation on UC basketball !!"

Then I opened it.

Bearcat Bounce?

Bounce's style is:
1. Huggins loyalty #1 and pines about the 'good old days'
2. Thinks UC football is a waste of money/time and UC should get rid of it and join the big east

cant recall if he is a Mick fan or no

This isnt your first post here so if you really thought this, then it solves the long mystery of who Duane Norman really is.

..... you realize this team was never expected to be good offensively when Jacob Evans declared for the draft?

They can win a lot of games ugly

Lol and hire who?

News flash: we aren’t in a power league.

Name 5 non power league coaches better then mick.... basically mark few and maybe Greg Marshall.

Very few guys win as much as Cronin does.

I'm not in the UC absolutely needs to fire Cronin contingent, but this kind of post is maddening. UC is an incredibly desirable job. There are plenty of coaches that would want a chance to be here.

Frankly the guy I'd push hardest for is Dave Smart.

Also 76 kenpom. Probably not going to be a tournament team, but certainly a solid team and a good win.

9 losses. 9 seed. Second round exit. I do like our chances next year, though - 5 losses. 4 seed. Second round exit.

Oh, hey, payday - welcome back. Sort of.

No. Just like football we are a stepping stone job.

I mean, even Dan Hurley would ditch UCONN if a great Power league job opened up.

This isn’t the Huggins era at UC any more. You can’t win it all unless your in a power league.

Mark few has been an elite coach for years at Gonzaga and yet, it took him 17 years to make his first final four. The last non power league team to win it all was UConn and it was with power league players plus the greatest head coach of all time Kevin Ollie. Before that Is was UNLV in the early 90’s.

Non power league teams rarely make the final four. Xavier is in a power league and still can’t keep a head coach.

Face it. Coaching at UC is no ones dream job in this conference

If we get into s better league or this league forces it’s way into the national stage, then we can talk about replacing our back to back 30 win season coach.

Well, Memphis hired Tubby from the Big12 so there's always a chance Cincy could strike gold and hire another future-hall-of-famer type.

LOL!

Seems to be working for Houston though.

Thing is; Sampson ain’t going to coach for forever. They will need to pass the reins at some point. That will be the most crucial point in Houston’s upcoming future

This is silly talk.

If UC canned Cronin I really think they'd have a better-than-not chance of upgrading HC talent.

UCONN just hired basically the non-P5 pick of the litter. Basically the 2007 Gregg Marshall in 2018.

If the current members of the BE can position themselves the way they sit today, what with their general limitations of budget, fan base size, and alumni base size (for most of the members), then to sit there and think the glass is half empty for the AAC is textbook irrationalism.

What is an upgrade over winning your league, winning your conference tourney, Being the winningest team in your league since it’s inception, and having back to back 30 wins. Who are we hiring to do that ?

And then, if he does do that, how long is he staying before bolting to bigger better conference.

I mean dan Hurley, could be great for UCONN but as of today he has had 1 team in the top 50 of kenpom. He made the tourney just twice and never has been to the sweet 16.

He’s got a whole lot of proving to be before he’s on the level of mick Cronin.
