1. MAJOR overhaul/upgrade to Reed Green
2. A dedicated practice facility for basketball

I disagree with the 2 top priorities above. I think the best option is to continue with our minor enhancements and build up our following outside of a brick and motor perspective.
This is not a feel good movie like the Field of Dreams and we can't have a "build it and they will come mentality" from a fan perspective.
Reed Green has over 8k capacity and it's usually hosting fans around 2.6K clip. Why dump a large amount of money into the Yurt.

Well, let’s see. If we want to fill up RG, we need a good team. To get a good team, we need a good coach. To get a good coach, we need to have facilities to recruit to. We want get a coach to get good players to make a good team with our current facilities and investment, and we darn sure won’t fill up RG at our current pace.

I don’t know if anyone has mentioned or even thinks he would be a good AD...but what about, Bobby Collins ? Just a thought..
