Absolutely, but got five 3’s today. Hit five against CoC, and only two against FSU.
I believe UAB needs to hit a minimum of five 3’s a game to keep the defense honest. We are averaging 5.5 threes a game after six games, but if you throw out the 13 threes against West Alabama the average drops to 4.0.
Why would you throw those out.
If you throw out the FSU game, what’s the average.
Technically, you don’t throw that game out, although some statistical analyses don’t include non-D1 games. Right now, the 13 threes against West Alabama is an anomaly and probably indicative of the weaker competition.

Three of the next five teams won’t be a whole lot better than West Alabama. Hopefully the number of made 3’s will go up.

RE: UAB vs Canisius game thread
I predicted we’d start 3-0, then go 0 fer 3 in the tournament...so we’re exceeding my expectations so far.
If I’m not mistaken, 4-2 is our best 6 game record in 5 years

He will manage to make Ehsan look like John Wooden. Lol. Mr. Bryant might have to go for 50 to give us a chance against Auburn. Go Blazers!
Considering the fact that Auburn has a couple of players on their team that should have never been able to suit up again, I think I will survive whatever the score is in that game.

RE: UAB vs Canisius game thread
Canisius has now lost five straight games, but are still projected to finished near the top of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conf.

I believe Purifoy will be eligible for the UAB game.

Good point. I wasn't sure McLemore & Brown would ever be able to play again with their injuries.

That's true. I think that helps UAB. Auburn's offense clearly slows down while they're trying to force feed Wiley the ball to get him acclimated again. They're going to do the same with Purifoy back.

The other good thing is the AU boards have been complaining that Purifoy is out of shape and does not pass and is fat. On the other hand their second ten is more talented than our starters
