They are 4-1, with three of their wins being against non-D1, but the other one over UMass. They likely will start 6-9, 6-8, 6-6 and can bring 6-9, 6-9, 6-8, 6-8 off the bench.

The first thing that pops out at you is that their defense has been excellent. Granted it was against weak opponents, but they did what they were supposed to do against them (which we did not, if you will remember). They have held opponents to 36% overall and 30% from the arc. They have shot 35% as a team, are plus-4 on the boards, and have a solidly positive team A/TO

They have three players averaging double figures, and then it drops way down. Their two big scorers average 21 and 19 ppg, and do it by way of the 3-point line. They take 36% of their attempts from the arc as a team. So, shut those two guys down from outside, and you probably control their offense.

RE: Howard preview
I had looked at Howard as an "automatic" win. If they can win at UMASS they can certainly win at Jack Stephens. UMASS just routed Southern Illinois by 22. Cal Baptist lost at Tulsa, by just 3, and won at ORU. So that's far from an automatic win if we get them on Saturday.

RE: Howard preview
We need to make a move beginning now. Next seven games in central Arkansas (one of them in Conway).
