Well played game. Godwins shot looks really good in person. BJ played better. Caver wad awesome. Dickens was solid. Ekizpke flashed some potential. Really like Wades game, hes grown on me. Just needs a little more aggressiveness .

Welcome back BJ. That was a solid team win and fun to watch. Miss the students.

Great game - the new players are coming along nicely. But we need our bigs to give us more in the post on offense. Also, the opening was odd when Ezikpe was erroneously announced as a starter vs Dickens. My jaw dropped when it was announced.

Now we move on to the most important game of the year.

That is a nice win. Let's hope we can carry that through into next week. MVC teams are always tough to beat. FT really helped and some timely shots were the difference.

We played Small a ton tonight. Thought the big guys brought enough, especially Dickens.

Nice to see BJ bust out. Good call on that JJMonarch. He’s had a rough start to the season. And I think he’s missed a lot of good looks... hopefully he can settle in.

If you look at the big picture, 10 guys have flashed some solid play at some point this year. The team actually does appear to have some good depth. The problem is they are inexperienced, just flashes so far. I’ll feel better about our chances come conference tournament time once they start to show some consistency.

Their bigs were decent. Played pretty good defense and they rebound and shoot ok. They just don’t score around the bucket. That freshman point guard is the real deal. We were paying him lots of attention. He could find the open man and hit tough shots in both games.

How was the crowd? We are in Charleston for the ladies so missed this one.

I thought there big guys were really weak. Robinson needs to go up strong. Not a whole lot on the wings. They did hit some threes dowm the stretch.

I was trying to figure out how UNI landed such a stud. Then, I realized his dad is the Associate Head Coach.

He’s the highest rated recruit ever at UNI. He was really good. But, Caver was better.

Green is a true freshman. He's very, very good.

Hopefully, this is a breakthrough for Dickens. If he can give us that type of game this year with consistency, we might be pretty good.

His talent shined through. Had a post up score, showed range on his shot, rolled to the basket for a score. Also played great defense.

Loved Jason Wade's game last night. What heart he has. Every good team needs players like that. He was called out on the post game show by coach Jones for his contributions. All you need to know about him, he was in the game playing at crunch time at the end. He is gonna really help us all around, only six games into his career, he looks to be a good one.

Wade will be a good one.

Also Caver hit a big 3 down the stretch last night

You can tell watching Wade that he has a great feel for the game and plays with a lot of intensity. He has a lot of poise for a freshman. I still like Kalu as well. Even though he didn't get a rotation in the second half he is one of those players that seems to get his hands on the ball a lot and knows how to finish around the rim. I look for him to be a stud in the future.
