Enter LU. Pay off Norfolk State to free Dec. 1. Replace it with the VT. VT would be heavily favored against LU to get their 6th win, and LU could require it be a LU home game like the Norfolk State game. Seems like a win win.

I think it would have been nice to play Virginia Tech but I don't think they would have accepted an away game at Liberty. This would have given us a chance to be bowl eligible but we won't get there this season. Oh well.

We didn’t deserve to play against VT, especially at the Bill. I don’t even like Tech, but I’m glad they selected someone else than LU. The game we’re playing is horrendous and the HC/staff we have believe that there’s not a major issue with their coaching. Hopefully that will change by the end of this season, but I’m not holding my breath.

We won’t play it if they lose to UVA this Friday, but we’ll get I think $100,000 for inking the deal and then a home and home after that for 1.3MM.
