I've been an angry elf about Mick....and still want more out of this program. BUT I ******* loved this.

This my coach. This our program.

Mick looked old, confident, in control.
Calls out his guys in a way that instills confidence moving forward. I hope 34 decides to want to be great. It's pretty obvious that basketball isn't Jarron's only concern. If that's the case, next man up.

Yes. Team lacks leadership on the court. We complain about offense but it really comes down to this not group not having the toughness to do the little things needed to win games. My primary concern in the off season was Jarron and Cane. I felt they needed to be play up to their ability every night and be all league level guys. So far we have two guys who sometimes look interested in being those guys.

Yeah, toughness and consistency in energy and effort are a problem. When your two guys who are supposed be leaders (Cumberland and Broome) aren't giving it their all every day in practices or in games, it sets a bad tone for the rest of the team.

RE: Mick Cronin postgame
We just sent two players to the big time, if Cumberland is having focus problems with all that talent and potential... Damn shame.
