The Lopes did what they were supposed to against 3 lesser teams at home, but now the true challenge begins. The month ahead may very well make or break this GCU team, and I don't think it only has to do with total wins and losses when it is all said and done. 11/23 - Hawaii or Utah
11/25 - TBD
12/1 - v. Boise St
12/9 - v. Nevaba
12/15 - @ Texas
12/19 - @ Northern Iowa

If they finish this stretch with 4 or more wins, it's a big positive. I also think there is a lot of character and toughness that needs to be developed, and these are perfect opportunities to build those things. I like what I see sow far. Just want to see more!

I also like what I have seen so far, especially during the last game against Arkansas State. GCU definitely runs 10 deep and they are way more aggressive on the offensive end than last year's team. In terms of negatives, the speed of the game seems to be too much for Lever at the moment and our 3-pt shooting is still suspect no matter how much Majerle says they can shoot.
Looking forward to the upcoming seven games. I predict we go 4-3 with losses to Seton Hall, Nevada and Texas. Would love to see us beat one of those three teams though.

Boise has looked less than impressive so we should be expecting a win in that one now
