Rellah Boothe, a transfer who originally signed with Texas and is in JUCO this year in Florida, has signed with MT! She was the #3 recruit nationally in her class and was the MVP of the McDonalds All American game. That makes two McD AAs in our class who will be playing for the Raiders next year. Looks like Matt Insell as an assistant is paying big dividends already! I’m surprised we pulled off such an amazing class. Very excited!!!

She is! Thank you. She transferred from Texas after a lot of really bad things happened to her family/personal life. There’s an illuminating article I read yesterday where she talks about some of it. Really made me respect her decisions for transferring and taking time for herself. Forget where it was though.

Don’t sweat it guys. With her playing for MT, you’ll laugh all the way to the NCAA tournament when she bulldozes through the conference.

As an additional note, I’m so happy for her that she was able to overcome all of the adversity she has endured.

I'm not sweating anything. There's just no point concerning yourself with the opinion of someone who thinks these sort of comments are funny. It's a mark of the highest security and confidence in one's self to make fun of a teenaged girl's appearance.
