brutal, player passes in front of referee, sees he isn't looking, and demolishes opposing player with an elbow to the face.
Dirty player has since been suspended by his school, and barred from returning to campus.

I had heard about this but I couldn't imagine it this bad. Somebody call the law and make sure they kick him out of school.

funny thing is...the guy was majoring in criminal justice at Fitchburgh State.

Surely the coach suspended him indefinitely and possibly permanently. Would only hedge as we don’t know what happened before the assault.

And yes, if nothing, if the shooter did not punch him a minute earlier or kick him in the balls etc... the play was so outside the scope of the game there could be criminal liability.

The video went viral, the school barred him from campus, pretty much dismissed him.
