The other day I was listening to a man talk about basketball, and he sounded like he knew what he was saying. He was talking about all the great teams, everyone who's good, and he even talked about Cincinnati.

But then he started talking crazy. He said that North Carolina Central was going to win the championship. Then he started going insane. He said that North Carolina Central would beat Cincinnati. I had to walk away. I couldn't believe it. What was I hearing?

He is wrong, and I told him. I told him to go to the arena and he will see. He will see Cincinnati apply a savage beating that North Carolina Central will never recover from. Cincinnati will take North Carolina Central and show them the kind of basketball that's played by champions. North Carolina Central has no chance of winning, and I don't think they will win the championship. This man has to be at the game, and if he is, I hope he realizes how wrong he is. He will know that Cincinnati is the greatest basketball team in the world. He will no longer be a believer in North Carolina Central.

I hope he tells the others. I hope he spreads the world all throughout his travels and has the answers to everyone's basketball questions. It is over for North Carolina Central. It is just beginning for Cincinnati.

No basketball matters a darn until the football season is over or the Xavier game hits. The games before them are glorified scrimmages.
