Actually they beat Goshen College, who beat Duke.

Looked pretty good tonight. Shawnee had some pretty decent size in the post but we handled it fine. Even out rebounded them by 13. Williams is really an exciting player. He has an attribute that most great players have in that he seldom loses a 50/50 ball. We wins rebounds that it looks like he has no business getting. I really like his game.

I am enjoying this team. Their style of play is very entertaining. Bench is deep and that allows the energy level to stay consistently high. It is amazing how Rob has redesigned this team overnight.

So the weird stat from the Shawnee State game - 50% 3-point shooting [9 for 18 - wow!]; 50% 2-point shooting [28-56 - pretty good!] - 50% free throw shooting [7 - 14 - um, I hope that doesn't happen often]

Great article in ABJ, I assume the copy and pasted version from the RC. Great stuff. Looks like the Flashes turned it on last night and took care of business. I look forward to seeing this team at full strength. Liberty should present quite a challenge. The Flames are coming off a nice season and at first glance it appears they return their top 3 scores from that squad.
