ICE detainer ignored perp goes on a murder spree
Great job leftist politicians!!!!! Loser was also on DACA for years.

ICE criticizes New Jersey 'sanctuary' jail for deaths of three people in Springfield

Police say 23-year-old Luis Perez killed two people and injured others in a shooting at Springfield home just after midnight on Nov. 1.

The next day, Perez allegedly killed a 21-year-old woman who was his getaway driver during the double homicide.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE, says Perez is originally from Mexico and is in the country illegally. Price said ICE made a request to detain Perez so the agency could start deportation proceedings against him, but the jail did not honor that request.
