Kinda ironic as wasn't he the one who added all the addition al security around the games when he was AD here?

Chris says he wasn't actually ejected:

Whew... we escaped with a W and avoided the fake news ejection.. ?????

. . . .

Brian Davis
@BDavisAAS

Del Conte tells me he wasn’t ejected. People were yelling on Texas sideline. Ref thought it was him. CDC said, “I just started walking to the other side.” He sure happy about the win.

Davis' earlier tweet:

Brian Davis
@BDavisAAS

Texas AD Chris Del Conte was ejected from the game by a side judge. He was escorted off the field.

. . . .

Then:

Chris Del Conte
@_delconte

Not so fast boys ... false alarm

Chris Del Conte Retweeted John E. Hoover
@johnehoover
That’s what I’m talking about. What do you have to say/do to get ejected from a college football sideline? @_delconte, please let us https://twitter.com/bdavisaas/status/106...8257371136

Cal beats USC at the Coliseum.

I’ve been to lots of football stadiums, met lots of coaches, etc over the years but pretty sure my funniest story is still riding the chairlift with Wilcox while skiing with my dad at Whistler in Feb 2013 and Sark being on the chair behind us with others.

The bender that Sark & staff were on that weekend was later detailed by the media after he went down in flames.

At least UH won't lose to Rice until 2020.

West Virginia defeated TCU 47-10, marking the 3rd time this season that the Frogs have given up 40 or more points.

That one poster on this Board who salivates over Patterson's "genius" must be in mourning.

It's the TCU model.

It's the TCU model.

Given they will pocket 37 million USD this year and we will get 0 in terms of media payout (rounding to the nearest million), it's pretty comical that we are faulting them.

Sour grapes...when we make it to the P5, then maybe we can talk.

It's one thing to admire what they've accomplished as an athletic department (and I do); it's entirely different to be ignorant of anything to do with football, while constantly holding up TCU's defensive scheme as "the" model which Rice should emulate. (Not directed at you, Antarius).
