Evan Daniels today: "No, I don’t think James Wiseman will sign with Memphis during the early signing period. I’m not expecting a decision from Wiseman during the early signing period. From what I’m hearing, Wiseman isn’t ready to make a choice, so I’m not expecting him to do anything during the signing period. There seems to be the thought out there that Wiseman is a done deal to Memphis. I don’t believe that to be the case. The schools that I currently believe to be a factor for Wiseman are Florida State, Kentucky and Memphis."

Nothing wrong with it, it's not, in any way, reporting though, its just talking, no better or worse than what we do here. I do wish there was more reporting and less prognosticating however.

I would disagree. Evan Daniels is the reporter who interviewed Wiseman at the USA Basketball Men's Junior National Team camp in Colorado Springs in early October, where Wiseman said for the first time he might sign early. Not a stretch to think Daniels is still in touch with the family.

Yeah, I will probably make my decision near the end of the year.
